POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Hospitality begins long before the first plate reaches the table.

It lives in the linen carefully placed, the glass waiting in the light, the flower chosen with intention and the warmth of a candle.

These details may appear small, but together they say something meaningful:
You were expected. You are welcome. This moment was created for you.

For me, true hospitality is the art of making care visible.✨

Food is more than taste.
It is the gesture behind the serving, the warmth of the table, the light that holds the moment—and the memory that remains long after the last plate is cleared.

This is emotional gastronomy.🥂

Many ask me how we can work together. There are three ways. Private dinners and experiences through the chef network. Design and delivery of luxury events with Opus Catering. And speaking or mentorship for teams and professionals.

Whatever you choose, the philosophy is the same: experiences with substance, built around people. Because luxury means nothing without humanity. Send a message and let’s start a conversation. Alex Samoilis. Luxury hospitality, human connection, and the art of the unforgettable experience.✨

Before the food arrives, the experience has already begun. The light, the sound, the scent, the rhythm of the space. Everything speaks before we say a word.

I design the atmosphere with the same care I design the menu. Because people enter a space and, without knowing it, decide instantly how they will feel. Alex Samoilis. Luxury hospitality, human connection, and the art of the unforgettable experience.✨

The finale wedding of the summer could not have been more iconic. ✨

Set in Corfu, overlooking the deep blue ocean with the mountains of Albania rising in the distance.
To make the most of that breathtaking backdrop, we constructed a platform across the pool - elevating the entire ceremony (quite literally) so the view became part of their story.

The ceremony itself was intimate, emotional, and full of heart. The couple looked absolutely sensational, and every detail came together with the kind of magic that only happens when everything aligns!
