A few of my favorite details from Jackie and David’s wedding day, because choosing just one was never going to happen. So much thought goes into the little things. How the textures play together, what colors compliment each other, how each corner feels like the experience the couple wanted to give their guests. Then it all comes together, and I’m immediately back to obsessing over every inch. Won’t get over this special day for a while 🤍 Full Planning, Production, and Design @eventsbygenevieve Catering and Bar @heavyrestaurantgroup Photography @deylahussphoto Videography @nathanochoa Floral Designer @alachloe Live Engraving @softfernstudio Cake @thesweetsideseattle Stationery @perfectpressinvitations Content Creator @momentsbyjennamei DJ @musicbyjfields Band @bluewaveband Lighting @lightsmiths.seattle Flooring @sperrytentsseattle Make Up @alexismichaelhmua Hair @imartistry_ Rentals @cortpartyrental @elevatedrentals_ Cocktail Hour Bar @happyhourbarrentals Chairs @vr_rental_ Linens @bbjlatavola Photobooth @itsdejabooth Restrooms @privychambers Transportation @butlerseattle

Hundreds of guests? Fine dining, but make it boxed lunches? Sign an NDA about the secret location? Embrace the event theme with the food... and the service staff? Yes, yes, and more yes - we’ve got you! We don’t just show up for our event vendor partners, we show OUT to help them shine for their clients. When @gfsevents invited us to ensure their 1000 guests would be taken care of at @dinerenblancseattle, we committed to making sure every detail was taken care of and thought through before anyone set foot in the (secret) venue. Diner en blanc is an international dinner series where elegantly dressed guests arrive at a secret location for a chic picnic en masse. Over the course of the evening, guests savor a meal, dance, reconnect with the finer things in life, and make new traditions, as they appreciate their city’s beauty and the night’s magic. We were honored to be asked to join in the return of the event for the first time in Seattle since 2019! Our chefs built a tremendous menu with classic and approachable French dishes - while adding our own spin - to match the dinner’s theme. We embraced the all-white aesthetic with our staff in head-to-toe white outfits, all white décor, and even white boxes for the boxed dinners! You may have noticed by now... but when there’s a large-scale event requiring creative solutions, guest-first service, and delicious food, the T&T team shines. If you have a large-scale catered event coming up, let us know because we’re always ready to party! J & D gave themselves a whole weekend. Dinner at Aerlume that ran long in the best way. Drinks at The Nest with the city sitting underneath everyone. And then a private estate turned into something out of Italy, filled with every person who has ever mattered to them. When I asked what they wanted from their film, they said the love in the room. Not the details. The people. Congratulations you two. This was a joy. Full teaser on my YouTube channel, linked in bio.
