Lately we’ve found ourselves feeling really proud of what’s been happening in our city’s music scene.

We’ve been seeing more artists collaborate, more groups share ideas, and more people willing to share the stage instead of treating each other like competition. It’s been refreshing to watch.

Hip hop hasn’t always had a great reputation here, but it feels like things are changing. We’re seeing artists build each other up, connect across different circles, and create opportunities together. That’s good for everyone.

At the end of the day, every genre benefits from a healthier local scene. We’d rather see people creating, collaborating, and giving audiences a reason to be excited about Evansville music than worrying about who gets the credit.

We love seeing where things are headed, and we’re excited to keep building alongside all of you.

ALIBI III was something special. 🖤

Thank you to every artist, vendor, photographer, supporter, and every single person that walked through that gate and made this night what it was.

What started as an idea turned into a movement. Seeing this city come together for the music, the energy, and the culture reminded us exactly why REQUIEM exists.

Thank you for believing in us.
Thank you for building this with us.

Until next time…
