New pack 1 of 2: ap as a dj
(tl;dr: book me for your next event and share this post!)

Lately, music is all around me, and the people connecting with me through music are sharing some unforgettable moments — birthdays, live shows, pop-ups, weddings. Whatever we imagine, believe I’m pulling up ready to contribute to the vibes ✨ Every time I dive into the sound, we find new ways to communicate.

A friend asked how often I’m listening to music now… I can’t remember the last time I stopped. These past few years in New York have been a deep study on how many ways I can sit with sounds, and the city shares a band of rhythms, textures, and voices in constant rotation. Doesn’t matter if I’m preparing for a party mix, talking to a newly engaged couple, or teaching a rising musician, the music 👏🏾 don’t 👏🏾 stop 👏🏾!!!

Even being able to share this new era so publicly has been unexpected. From my brother teaching me the basics until I could buy my own decks to receiving my first sound system as a gift so we could host more events; then, hosting those events with the lovely artists, collectives, coordinators, DJs, producers, vendors, venue owners, and community we’ve been rocking with for years. Thank you to everyone who’s seen and supported my growth!

My support as a curator, DJ, and/or educator are available for your next big moment. It all starts with a conversation when you email booking[at]nostomach.co

Cheers to a lifetime of liberation in practice.
