Exciting things are taking shape within A New Color of Wellness.

We’re preparing another meaningful collaboration with leading Los Angeles organizations—bringing together movement, community, and wellness to encourage healthier, more active lifestyles across our city.

Through this initiative, we want to help make activities like ballroom dance more accessible, introduce new audiences to the lifelong benefits of movement, and build stronger connections between dance and the broader wellness community.

And we’re just getting started.

This was their very first rehearsal for the @young.fashion.show and seeing them listen, learn, and grow behind the scenes reminded me that every big moment starts long before the spotlight.

As a mom, these are the moments I treasure the most—not just the runway, but the work, the courage, and the confidence they're building along the way.

The Young Fashion Show rehearsals are officially underway in Los Angeles!

We’re excited to welcome our models to @prodancela – a beautiful space where movement, confidence, and artistry come together.

Located in the heart of the La Brea District, @prodancela is a place where dancers can develop their skills, build confidence, and enjoy the process of becoming stronger performers. ✨

A special thank you to our amazing coaches, @titarenko.ann and @_bianka.18, who are working with our young models with dedication and care – giving individual attention to each child and helping them feel confident, prepared, and ready for the YFS runway. 🤍

A little post-birthday look back. I think this past year gave me more than I realized while I was living it. So much love, so many beautiful people, and a lot to be grateful for. I have a feeling the best part is still ahead.
