Beach Gothic, my EP is out today and I’m not technically allowed to call it this but in my heart, secretly, this is my debut. I’ve carried these 2 words around with me for a while, the title came first. Beach because that’s where everything ends and begins, gothic because I love the dirt and drama. Beach Gothic, a representation of the greatest duo in history: darkness and blinding light!! Just a songbook and a phone full of heartbroken mp3s and travel magazine screenshots, I wrote it in in industrial complexes in Berlin and Manchester, in friends bedroom studios in London, and enough of it at the beach that it feels spiritual It’s not easy being this DIY as an artist but let me tell you one thing: it’s fun as fuck doing it imperfectly, intuitively, my way, life is make believe isn’t it? Not only that, my biggest blessing is to do it alongside some of the most slept on talented people I’ve met and to get to watch them in the zone. The wisest @gabrielgifford , hitting lyric flow state with @parked_up , late night winter lock ins with @prodbymattu , hardest fastest synths in this city @itswolfcutt , @lleoworld my pop brain equal, @masteredbyjack who knows a master isn’t just a master it’s art. Beach Gothic gave me new best friends, @amypeskett and @mphairartist girls who lift you up and keep you high. So how could I be sad!! Eurotrash, sun, storms, breaking to pieces, neon, skyscrapers, revenge, transformation Music forever, love forever a special lil thanks too to my best friends @rosiebyers @tomckpearce @vassovu for being my second and third brains thru it all 💜💜💜

Reece Bibby - Petty⭐️5/5 Reece Bibby - Petty Single Review The full review can be read on the second slide. Overall, “Petty” is not only a fantastic debut single that truly highlights Reece’s talents, but it is also an outstanding introduction to Reece Bibby The Soloist. Fans who have followed Reece for years and new fans alike will enjoy this song for its clear storytelling and infectious melody! I’m excited to see what future music Reece has in store and I can positively say “Petty” is a promising look at Reece’s identity as a solo artist! Thank you so much to Reece himself for granting me permission to write this review! my favourite frames from me & my friends using our time on earth to the maximum: making music from London to Manchester to Berlin, dancing in forgotten hotels, telling them we just wanted to take a couple photos for IG, chasing each other through 41 flights of elevators for art, getting drunk because we needed the cocktails for the shot anyway, I think we know how to have fun elevator eternal is about a broken heart that just can’t believe it’s real, waiting for the elevator to come down and everything be normal, until the realisation hits that it never will be again. trapped in a constant loop (sorry to anyone who’s claustrophobic) that’s how it felt to me, but what a beautiful way to break I guess. if it’s possible to be grateful for a heartbreak I am, for everything it gave me, and this song and the whole trip to make it a movie is one of them camera @amypeskett hair makeup @mphairartist edit @whatswithorchid creative assistant @rosiebyers song @whatswithorchid @prodbymattu @itswolfcutt @masteredbyjack
