Thrilled to share that two of my students Varshini Harish and Sahana Jaishankar, both from The Green Acres Academy, Chembur, secured Second place in the Duet Category at the NCPA Mudra Festival inter school Competition held on 22nd April.

Many thanx to @swapnokalpa2 Dr Swapnakalpa Dasgupta for creating a platform like this for regular academic institutions and schools to take note of the talent that their pupils have and foster an interest in them towards Indic art forms.

The Green Acres Academy, Chembur has supported the arts in a big way and grateful for that.

My namaskarams to the esteemed jury Dr Suman Badami and Dr Shailaja Desai for being so kind to give feedback for each and every performance… valuable feedback builds long lasting lessons and so happy to hear the words of encouragement for our girls.

So so proud of Sahana and Varshini… it’s a happy day at Nrithyodaya Mumbai😊
