I believe that in order to succeed, you have to be tested. You have to experience failure, overcome adversity, and face moments that make you question yourself.

From being cut, to being overlooked, to suffering an injury that kept me away from the game I love for months… I’ve learned that every setback is part of the journey.

Sometimes you have to fail to learn how to succeed. Sometimes you have to lose something to realize how badly you want it.

One year ago today, everything came to a stop. Today, I’m healthy, stronger, and more determined than ever. Grateful for the opportunities with Xolos, Baja, and now So Cal Blues, but even more grateful for the lessons along the way.

A special thank you to the coaches who believed in me and stuck by my side from day one, to everyone who has helped me get to where I am today, and most importantly, to my family for never giving up on me, believing in my dreams, and standing by my side through every high and low. ❤️

The comeback isn’t about being where I was. It’s about becoming better than I was. 💪🏼🔥
