PROGRESS TAKES TIME ⏱️ Over the last 5 weeks, our Middle School Athletic Development group has spent just 2 minutes each week jumping rope during their warmup. Two 1-minute rounds. 120 seconds each week. The progress has been incredible to watch 📈 When we first started, some of these athletes struggled to put together consecutive jumps. Now? They’re going 30+ seconds without missing a beat. All from a little consistency. The hard part isn’t always the work itself. The hard part is showing up and doing it over and over again. This is why coaching matters. We create a plan. We stay consistent. We build skills. We see results. Progress doesn’t happen overnight. It happens through repetition, patience, and consistency. Join us every Tuesday night for our Middle School Athletic Development group 💪

INTENTION • JOY • COMPETITIVE • BOLD Week 1 with the girls was so amazing. Holding this space for young girls allowed me to see how much they really crave a space like this - one where they can truly work at getting better at their craft and grow as individuals. We got some testing in using @ovrperformance to see where we are starting, played some competitive games to remind us that progress still can look like fun, learned how to move well and strong and talked about the mindset that we are CHOOSING to walk through doors with: BOLDNESS Sports is a world of uncertainty, you don’t know what each practice, game or day is going to look like. You prepare and prepare and some times those stacked moments of preparation shine through and others the outcome feels out of your control. But nonetheless we show up BOLD - confident and without fear of what the outcome may bring because we are not defined by the outcome, but by the posture we show up with daily. These girls were amazing and are such a joy to work with. I can’t wait to watch their journeys through this next 5 week unfold. And if you are still debating whether or not you want to join, it is not too late!! We still have slots open

In our youth athlete sessions, we focus on building the foundation of athleticism through: 🏃 Running 🚀 Jumping 💪 Hanging 🤝 Hand-eye coordination ⚡ Body control At this age, it’s not about how much weight you can lift. It’s about learning how to move, control your body, and build confidence through movement. The goal is to develop well-rounded athletes and set them up for long-term success. Want to build the foundation for a long athletic career? Sign up today 🤝

ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT 📈 Lifting doesn’t need to be complicated. Athletes need structure, consistency, and progressions. They need to sprint. They need to jump. They need to build strength through foundational movements. We’re one month into our Fall Athletic Development group, and we’re already starting to see the progress 💪 📈 Faster sprints 📈 Higher jumps 📈 More weight lifted 📈 Better movement Keep showing up. Keep building. Keep progressing. That’s athletic development.

DELOAD WEEK 🔄 Q has been going hard since the spring. Twice a week. Every week. No misses. He’s laid the foundation, built strength, and developed great power and body control. After finishing our latest strength phase, this week we’re pulling back and focusing on a deload. I don’t think everyone always needs a deload week. The reality is, most athletes don’t train consistently or hard enough to truly need one. Q has been different. There’s never a question about whether he’s going to show up or whether he’s going to give 100%. As a coach, that makes programming simple. You can write out the plan, progressively add to it, challenge him with heavier weight and more difficult movements, and know he’s going to attack the work for the entire hour. Not rushed. Not just checking boxes. High-quality reps. Challenging weight. Consistent effort. When an athlete trains like that for months, recovery becomes part of the program too. This week is about giving his body a chance to reset, recover, and prepare for what’s next as we fine-tune the plan heading into the season. Train hard. Recover with purpose. Keep building. 🔄

7 points, 3 rebounds, 2 assists… in 12 minutes… as a freshman in a gym full of college-offered killers! The @_all4love team was amazing, Coach Love @itscoachlove put on a great event, and I appreciate the coaches who took the time to help with player evaluations… but I’m so #Lockedin and ready for the Tune-Up in Rochester! #SEMBasketball #GirlsBasketball #WBB #WomensBasketball
