The through line in @djtonytouch’s career has always been inter-cultural unification. The 50 MCs, bringing Reggaeton to NYC, and @funkboxnyc are just a few of them.

With over 40 years of building community through music, Toca’s philosophy on Hip Hop remains rooted in that same spirit of unity despite some of the divisiveness that attempts to permeate within it.

“Be nice with it. You could be White, you could be Asian, you could be anything. If your skills are up to par, you’re gonna get recognized. So focus on that and let the skills speak for itself.” -@djtonytouch

50 MCs, One Diaspora: A Tony Touch Mini-Doc is streaming now at the link in bio.

Don’t wait for people to give you something. You go out and get it. I appreciate all my real partners who go out and help me get the resources our children need. It’s the children or nothing. #thebronxprincipal #education #leadership #principalsofinstagram #hustler u
