Asian Games Nagoya 🇯🇵 2026

This one hurts. I got injured on the last week of the training camp, fearing that i will not be able to compete I decided to endure the pain and fight through, even though i was not cleared from the doctor. I’m really grateful that i was able to go and compete and its a privilege to do so. When i was there i really wanted to make finals and I knew I was capable of doing so but my finger kept getting worse and comp day didn’t go my way. This is part of the game and I’ll keep working hard once i’m healed up.

Coming back next season a lot faster inshallah. @professorok thank you so much for everything and helping become a better athlete and person. See you soon.

Thank you to everyone who supported me and pushed me during training. You guys know who you are and I hope to train with all of you again soon.

Asian Games 2026:

Qualified 14th, finished 14th. Where do I even begin?

W1: There’s a lot of pressure to starting first, with all eyes on you, but on the other hand, as the lowest seed, there are no expectations. I kept reminding myself that all the crowd wanted was to see what the li’l high school kid could do, and found that I was able to enjoy the hype. Ended up flashing the zone before being completely unable to trust my foot enough to continue.

W2: This one was just plain hard. I have few regrets about W2, knowing there’s not much more I could have done. It turns out my feet-first beta wasn’t very common, but when you’re weak you’re forced to do weird things sometimes 🤪

W3: I found my nemesis and my anti-style. I’ve worked hard on coordination and think I’ve had some improvement, but it’s abundantly clear that it’s still not enough. I absolutely could not do the first dyno. This is where I truly started to crash and burn.

W4: I was crashing out, epically. I knew W4’s zone was a golden point-scoring opportunity, and so I got desperate and messy. I was far too tense to climb properly, I was rushing, and my time/attempt management went to pieces. Thus I ended up walking away from the golden point-scoring opportunity having scored exactly no points 🙈

I know I could have done better, and, as always in these situations, there’s a lot of what-its and if-onlys. Disappointment isn’t easy. But at the same time, I left my first Asian Games hungry to do better, and to compete again. And again. It’s electrifying and addictive, and nothing could ever compare.

I don’t think I’ve ever felt as alive as I was in that moment standing behind the curtain to the stage, surrounded by the spotlight-cut darkness and the MC's shouting and the pulse of a stadium full of people clapping in time to the countdown to first rotation. After that dream, the real world seems a pale, colorless shadow of itself.

More than anything, I’m indescribably grateful to have been a part of this all. To have walked among the gods and the GOATs. To have been through the highs and the lows, the exhilaration and the heartache. So thank you, Nagoya.

Wow, still a little bit shocked with that placement, pushing and giving my all at trainings finally gave off,
I was really scared and had a lack of confidence, cause I thought that they were too fast and I can’t keep up with them, but @professorok made sure I done it, he made me believe I’m one of the fastest and made me one of them, @maimuratov my older brother, gave me all his experience and power after we did finals together, and to be fair it’s still feels like a dream, back when I was 11 years, I couldn’t imagine me and Amir getting to the same final and run next to each other, but we made it,
Huge thanks to my friends and family supporting me no matter what and how (love u all), and last but not least I’m still hungry for more, go to off season and push for next season, so see you soon !

بعد از دو طلا این سومین مدالم بود و به لطف پروردگار جانم دوباره بر سکو ایستادم ۱۲ سال زمان میبرد هر ۴ سال یکبار تا این سه مدال کسب شود پس دلیل زیبایست برای خوشحال شدن و سپاسگزاری از خالق
اما برای من ارزشش به اندازه طلا بود نا گفته نماند که با وجود آسیب انگشتم رقابت میکردم

I am grateful for the opportunity to participate in this tournament.

And that’s a wrap on the 20th Asian Games 2026, Nagoya–Japan 🇯🇵 งานแข่งจบแล้วจ้า…✌🏻

My third Asian Games, but this one was extra special because I came as the Team Leader for Sport Climbing, representing the Thailand Team.

Before this, I was here as an athlete. This time, I had to learn a whole new set of rules and responsibilities. There was so much to learn — supporting the team, working behind the scenes, and doing everything I could to contribute.

No matter what happened, I always believed that my team gave their very best.

The results may not fully show how successful my team has been, but they show how far we have come. After three Asian Games, I can definitely say that this year was much better than before. And I’m incredibly proud of that. 🇹🇭

Thank you to everyone who supported us, from the moon and back. ❤️🤍💙🤍❤️

And thank you to all the athletes. I know how much time, effort, and heart you put into this. We may be closing this chapter, but we keep moving forward together toward the future.
