The moment vs. the movement 🩰

Saut de Chat (translating to “step of the cat”) is a ballet leap where a dancer throws one leg forward into the air through a développé, creating a split position with legs stretched front and back. At the peak of the jump, the body achieves a split-like extension, creating a brief illusion of suspension or flying before coming down through a soft landing.

✨ GOAL #1 OF THE SEASON: UNLOCKED! 🔓🤸‍♀️

A month ago, this back split felt IMPOSSIBLE… and last night, I DID IT!! 🥹💗

From barely being able to reach back for my leg in this position to finally hitting the skill I've been working SO hard for! 😭✨

I've always loved acro, but this season is challenging me in ways I never imagined! I'm learning that I'm capable of so much more than I thought. 💪

A HUGE thank you to Miss Alexis and all my amazing teachers at @profusiontalentofficial and @_createdbyalexis for believing in me, pushing me, and helping me discover what I can really do! 💕

New season. New challenges. New confidence.

And this is only the beginning! 🔥

What's one skill you're working hard to unlock? 💗
