A year ago today I spent the whole day crying on the couch. My only birthday wish was to hold my baby girl as much as possible. I was 5 weeks postpartum. Pumping every 2-3 hours while Dylan bottle fed Cassette every 2-3 hours. Cassette had severe tongue ties that we had to get released at 2 weeks old. My dreams of breast feeding my daughter were slipping away. It was a long and emotional road but 7 weeks PP we went exclusively breast feed and never looked back! I wish I could go back to me 1 year ago and let her know that everything worked out and that we might breast feed until she’s 30 now 😂
My breast feeding journey was a wild ride & I feel called to share more in the hopes of helping other Mama’s! Happy Birthday to me. I’m so blessed that this boobie baby calls me Mom 💜
Also BIG shout out to @wellfedmommamethod @baby_mama_co @progressthroughplay They are the only reasons we are where we are today! If you are in the Denver area HIT THESE LADIES UP!! I owe them everything.

A day I will never forget 🤍

The very first Colorado Mommy & Me Pilates Festival was so much more than an event. It was a room full of moms showing up exactly as they are - babies in arms, little ones by their side, laughter, movement, connection, and so much love.

I dreamed of creating a space where moms could come to a beautiful event designed for them without needing a babysitter. Where moms could move their bodies, meet other women in the same season of life, feel cared for, and simply enjoy and celebrate being a mom surrounded by community.

And somehow, that dream became this.

To every mom who came, every little one who filled the room with joy, every speaker, vendor, sponsor, and person who helped bring this vision to life, thank you. You made the first Colorado Mommy & Me Pilates Festival so incredibly special.

My heart is so full. Thank you for believing in my vision. Together, we celebrated the magic of motherhood and created memories that will last a lifetime 🤍

Join us for Tummy Time Together with Progress Through Play, a six-week class designed for babies ages 0–6 months and their grown-ups. Learn simple techniques to support your baby’s development, build their confidence through movement and play, and connect with other families along the way.

Beloved Bodies Movement presents: The first Colorado Mommy & Me Pilates Festival 🤍

What started as a dream in my heart became something so much bigger than I ever could have imagined.

The Colorado Mommy & Me Pilates Festival was created for the mom who gives so much of herself every single day. The mom who deserves to feel beautiful, cared for, celebrated, and connected. The mom who shouldn’t have to choose between being a present mother and taking care of herself.

And on August 29th, we created that space.

A space where babies were welcome.
Where moms could move their bodies without judgment.
Where we could laugh, connect, shop, learn, breathe, and enjoy being with other women in the same season of life.
Where motherhood wasn’t something we had to step away from in order to feel like ourselves again.

Watching all of these beautiful moments unfold was surreal. Motherhood is meant to be celebrated. And we did just that.

To every mama who came, brought her little one, showed up, participated, connected, and trusted me with your Saturday, thank you. You made this dream a reality.
