After 15 years in north Vista, Prohibition Brewing Company is up for sale as owners Ron and Kathy Adams prepare to retire.

“My parents want to retire,” said Kyle Adams, the owners' son.

The approximately $2.7 million listing includes the business name, building and real estate, while the brewing equipment, furnishings and family recipes are also negotiable.

A closing date has not been set, but late September is the most likely timeframe.
