Dear Friends and Supporters of Project KKIS-KTL,

There truly aren’t enough words to express our gratitude to each of you who trusted us with this mission. Your generosity carried us across borders and into the hearts of children who needed it most.

What We Found in Ouanaminthe
When we arrived at Collège Eben-Ezer in Ouanaminthe, Haiti, we expected to meet 100 children. Instead, we were greeted by more than 200 eager young faces, each hoping for a chance at the supplies and support we’d come to offer.

At first, we panicked. We had only prepared enough food and supplies for 100 children, and the reality of the moment hit hard. Sadly, we had to turn a few children away, a decision that weighed heavily on all of us.

But by the grace of God, even though not every child received supplies that day, we were able to feed every single one of them and spend meaningful, joyful time together. That connection, even without a backpack in hand, meant something.

Because of You, 106 Children Are Ready for School
Thanks to your donations, support, and encouragement, 106 children started their school year this week in Haiti fully prepared. Each one received a backpack filled with the essential supplies they’ll need for the next few months, easing the burden on their parents and giving families time to plan for what comes next.

Our Work Has Just Begun
We wish we could say our mission is complete, but this is only the beginning of our movement. On behalf of Project KKIS-KTL, thank you for believing in these children and in us.

We ask that you stay in partnership with us as we continue this journey, because with your support, we can reach even more kids who are still waiting for their turn.

More than 100 kids and one unforgettable day. 💙❤️

This past Saturday, I had the honor of being part of Jounen Espò — Project KKIS 2026 in Ouanaminthe, Haiti. We played, we laughed, we learned, and most importantly — we reminded every single child that they matter.

This day was about more than sports. It was about showing these kids: your dreams are valid, your voice matters, and you deserve to feel safe and loved.

As Miss Haïti America 2026, moments like this remind me exactly why I do what I do. 🇭🇹

I’m packing school supplies to send to students in Haiti, and honestly, this means so much more to me than just putting notebooks and pencils in a box.

As someone who was raised in the diaspora, I know how powerful it is to feel connected to where you come from. And I know education is one of the greatest ways we can pour back into our communities.

I don’t want my legacy to only be about the titles I’ve held, the rooms I’ve entered, or the content I’ve created.

I want it to be about the people I was able to lift along the way.

Because if I’m going to have a platform, I want it to have a purpose.

Kenscoff is hurting. Families are grieving. People are missing. Communities are being forced from their homes.

And once again, we are being asked to watch another tragedy unfold in Haiti.

I refuse to be silent.

As a Haitian-American and 2x Miss Haiti 2025, I understand that having a platform comes with a responsibility not just to celebrate where we come from, but to speak when our people are hurting.

This is not about politics.
This is about human lives.

We need urgent action.
We need protection for civilians.

We need support for displaced families.
We need those who have been kidnapped to come home.
And we need accountability.

The people of Kenscoff deserve to live without fear. Haitian families deserve to sleep safely in their homes. Our children deserve to dream about their future not fear for their lives.

Haiti cannot become a place the world only remembers when tragedy strikes.

So I’m asking the Haitian diaspora: DON’T LOOK AWAY. SPEAK UP. SHARE THIS. KEEP KENSCOFF IN THE CONVERSATION. 🇭🇹

Because behind every number is a mother.
A father.
A child.
A family.
A life.

Haiti is not a crisis. Haiti is a country of people.

For Kenscoff. For Haiti. For every Haitian life.

We are officially 3 weeks away from our trip to Haiti, and the clock is ticking. Our remaining supplies must be shipped by the end of next week but we still need 85 backpacks filled with school supplies.

Behind every backpack is a child waiting for the opportunity to walk into a classroom prepared, confident, and ready to learn. We refuse to let these children be forgotten.

We’re asking our community to help us close this gap. Every donation, no matter the amount, brings us one step closer to reaching all 200 children.

As Ambassador of Project KKIS @project.kkis one of the most rewarding parts of this journey has been helping students dream beyond their current circumstances and envision the future they deserve. ✨

Over the past two workshops, in partnership with @danceverseco , we poured into young Haitian and American scholars for our Vision Board Workshop series. A space where goals became visible, dreams gained direction, and purpose met possibility.

Watching each student create a vision for not only what they want to achieve, but who they want to become, was truly inspiring. Their creativity, ambition, and determination reminded us that every great accomplishment begins with a clear vision.

Thank you to everyone who participated in both Part 1 and Part 2. The future is bright, and this is only the beginning. 💫
