If it’s BBQ you are craving and you are near Downtown Las Vegas, then it’s @projectbbqlv I don’t have the words. Just go. What an experience! It’s located outside the entrance of the fabulous @circalasvegas hotel. The owner is the awesome Rob Baker who just so happens to be part of the construction company that built the hotel. What a great man. His love is Project BBQ. In the daytime he’s building giant resorts and at night he’s sweeping the floors and cleaning the tables. It’s part of the @fremontstreet Experience. Rob is friendly, gracious and very accessible. He chats with everyone. Thanks Rob for the incredible hospitality and for covering for me as I hadn’t planned anything for Jane’s birthday which is in a few days! In addition to the best BBQ in the city you can even get a whole pig! Check out the guest chefs in the truck!

And what is a trip to Circa without saying hello to the King of Downtown Las Vegas himself, Derek Stevens! He is the coolest man I know. Owner of Circa, The D and The Golden Gate, along with The Downtown Las Vegas Event Center, he is the heart and spirit of DTLV. He is always there to greet and chat with everyone. If you get to meet him, you’ll understand. Jane and I are with him at the world’s largest sports book and TV!

@kararutkin and her team @kdclasvegas handle the PR for Circa and Project BBQ. Thank you Kara for introducing me to Rob and Derek
