Built to hurt. Built to make you better. Today’s work is all about controlled intensity — matching your effort with your recovery and staying consistent through every round. Don’t sprint the buy in and pay for it later. Stay smooth on the barbell, breathe through the transitions, and attack the cash out. 1600m in. Barbell grind. 800m finish. Just keep stacking the work. #nomadtraininghq #workoutoftheday #crossfit #functionalfitness #assaultbike deadlift hangpowerclean frontsquat conditioning strengthandconditioning garagegym fitnessmotivation hybridtraining barbellworkout wod trainingday fitfam grind hardwork fitnessjourney enginebuilding crossfittraining strength metcon athlete workhard fitnesslifestyle trainhard gymmotivation nomadtraining
