POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

I have competed in sports for the past 12 years and I know a thing or two about the emotions when it comes to competing.

This is why I love showcasing the emotions of athletes.

These are my favourite shoots.

The Grid Sim🔥

For anyone who hasn’t heard of it yet, Project Grid is an exciting new hybrid fitness competition that’s launching soon and this was our chance to put everyone through a simulation of what it’s all about.

Safe to say… everyone absolutely emptied the tank!!🥵 The effort, teamwork and atmosphere in the room were unreal.

Massive well done to everyone who came down and gave it everything.

Who’s joining us for the next one?⚡️

Beyond proud of this young lady💫

She could have easily stayed at home for this workout, but she's determined to smash her first Hyrox YoungStars. A true product of the environment she's in and proof that consistency always wins.

Meanwhile, I'm 1 week out from my first @deadly.dozen with @pete.gillett and buzzing for tomorrow's @projectgridofficial workout. With the boss @nataliecrom_coaching

Bring on next week 🔥
