“An immeasurable difference.” That’s how AJ Heafey, Executive Director of Project SHARE of Niagara Falls, described what a warm pair of socks can do for someone going through a hard time. “Beyond providing warmth and comfort, these donations offer dignity, compassion and a reminder that someone in our community truly cares.” Project SHARE makes sure people in Niagara Falls are fed, supported and treated with dignity every single day. We’re proud our Canadian made wool socks are part of that work. Thank you, AJ, and everyone at Project SHARE. 🧦 Every $2 puts another pair on someone’s feet this winter. Donate at the link in our bio.

🏒 TOURNAMENT GIVES BACK ❤️ The Pete Mancuso November Challenge is about more than hockey. It’s also an opportunity to come together and give back to the community. We are proud to support Project SHARE by collecting non-perishable food items throughout the tournament, November 6–8. With over 142 teams joining us, even the smallest contributions can make a big difference for families in our community. I’ll send out a reminder closer to the tournament, but wanted to share this initiative with everyone in advance. A little kindness goes a long way. ❤️

Congratulations to these 6 newest graduates now joining our City of @niagarafallsontario Fire Department! Andrew Douglas, Jarred Dumond, Tasha Groulx, Matthew Hetherington, Joanne Long and Emily Waters— today, we celebrate your hard work, dedication and commitment as you begin your careers serving & protecting our community. It was a first that this group of grads made up equally of males & females decided to host a ‘Stair Climb to Remember’ on September 11th to honour and commemorate the efforts made by first responders 25 years ago on 9/11. Together, this class continuously climbed the stairs of the @skylon_tower in full gear and raised $7,500 with their event in support of @projectshare_nf and @niagarahealthfd. They’ve gone through very rigorous training and now we are proud to officially welcome these individuals to the Niagara Falls Fire Department. We wish them every success as they take on this important & rewarding responsibility and thank them for choosing to serve our residents here in Niagara Falls!

What a wonderful afternoon we had hosting our fifth annual Community BBQ at @st.georgeserbianorthodoxchurch! A huge and heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make this our biggest BBQ yet! With over 800 participating, it was wonderful to see so many friends, families, and neighbours come together to enjoy great food, fantastic music, and - most importantly - the friendship and community that make this event so special. I’m especially grateful to the incredible volunteers of the @niagarafallsnotlconservatives, with a special thank you to Chris Weber and our Events Committee for the countless hours, energy, and care they put into making the day such a tremendous success. Your dedication truly makes a difference. I’m also grateful that, together, we were able to give back to those in need through food and financial donations made to @projectshare_nf of Niagara Falls. Thank you to everyone who helped make this day so special - and to the @jaydiemband for providing such fantastic entertainment! We’re already looking forward to seeing everyone again next year!

Come on down to Chip n' Charlie's Eatery & Bar for a savoury Chili Cook-off Fundraiser in honour of Jordy Pepperall for Project Share. Enjoy live music from 11:30am to 4:30pm with Shin-DiG Sounds like a spicy Saturday ahead! The Chili Cook-Off at Chip ‘n Charlie’s is sure to bring the heat—and some hearty competition. Whether you’re entering your own recipe or just coming to taste and cheer, it’s a great way to kick off October. Plus, the Project Share Drop-off is a wonderful addition. If you’re heading over, consider bringing non-perishable food items, toiletries, or warm clothing to help support those in need this fall. It’s a chance to enjoy good food and do some good in the community. #ChiliCookOff #OnTheLane #LundysLane #NiagaraFalls #ProjectShareNiagara #LiveMusic #MainlyNiagara #NiagaraCulture
