Drew at The Pro Lane used to run themed sessions like finishing and decision making. Parents couldn't tell what to sign up for. He cut it to group sessions and individual sessions, and that's where the momentum came from.

Before the dunk, there was a decision. Before the decision, there was an angle. Before the angle, there was footwork. Own your angles and you own the outcome.

Grateful for the opportunity to partner with New Berlin Eisenhower Boys Basketball for the 2026–27 season.

We’re excited to work alongside their athletes and coaching staff throughout the year—building stronger, more resilient players and making sure the work in the weight room carries over when it matters most.

Thank you to New Berlin Eisenhower for trusting The Pro Lane to be part of the process.

“Skill gets you noticed. Your body determines how far it takes you.”

Everyone wants the top of the pyramid.
The highlights.
The dunks.
The scholarships.
The offers.
But very few athletes spend enough time building the foundation that makes those things possible.
The players who separate themselves don’t chase shortcuts.
They build the athlete first.
You can’t skip levels.
🏀 Build it right. Perform better.

Breaking it down ⬇️⬇️⬇️

This drill combines multiple skills into one live rep, blending pressure handles with downhill decision-making.

How it works:
Offense starts between the lane line and the three-point line, working in tight space to break out. The second they clear the NBA three-point line, it goes live - a downhill 1v1. From there it’s about quick decisions: attack the rim or pull up, whatever the defense gives up.

We also build in variability to keep it game-realistic - adding a shot clock to force pace, or constraining the scoring zone (threes only, midrange only, or paint only) to sharpen
decision-making in specific areas of the floor.

Why we run it:
Real games don’t give you clean, comfortable space. This drill trains our guys to handle pressure in tight quarters, then transition instantly into attack mode once they create separation. Combining constraints like shot clocks and scoring zones keeps every rep unpredictable - just like a live possession.

Strength builds capacity.
Movement unlocks it.

Every sprint.
Every cut.
Every jump.
Every change of direction.

Your movement mechanics determine how much of your athletic potential you actually use.

Better movement creates better basketball players.
