Picture a structure hidden in the forest — one that doesn't try to announce itself, yet completely transforms the landscape around it.

Aurelia Forest House is an ultra-luxury brutalist villa concept that gets lost in nature without losing any of its architectural character. The goal wasn't just a striking façade, but a strong atmosphere built together with the forest's texture, topography, light, and silence.

Pale limestone, greige mineral concrete, and warm travertine terraces create a calmer, more timeless language of luxury within the dense tree cover. Here, brutalism isn't harsh or cold — it's softened by forest shade, stone texture, and the glow of sunset.

The surrounding cypresses, pines, mature olive trees, and dry Mediterranean grasses aren't just landscaping — they're a core part of the design. The house doesn't feel placed into the forest; it feels like it's always been there, simply uncovered.

Outside, bold geometric masses, deep shadows, and cantilevers create a powerful architectural presence. Inside, travertine floors, walnut details, bronze accents, and wide glass walls facing the forest create a quieter sense of living.

Luxury here isn't shown through shine or excess — it's in the morning light on stone, a tree's reflection in the pool, a forest view framed by a long hallway, the quiet inside.

Aurelia Forest House treats distance from the city not just as location, but as spirit: less noise, more depth; less display, more character; less clutter, more architectural clarity.

Welcome to Luminescence, a distinguished Japanese Modern estate set on 2.15 acres inside Sheerwater, Kelowna’s premier gated waterfront community. Exclusive lakeside access, a private marina, and unobstructed lake vistas welcome you in through a calming three-storey Genkan foyer.

Crafted from concrete, brick, glass, and timber, the home is flooded with natural light and threaded with water features inside and out. The sun terrace, wider than the house itself, stretches off the great room and primary suite with 180° lake views, an outdoor kitchen, gas-lit fire features, and an infinity pool color-matched to Okanagan Lake. Inside, aquarium-style panels frame the water features, and a private courtyard sits just off the professional-grade kitchen.

Built to commercial standards throughout, with a two-storey garage, vehicle lounge, and full passenger elevator. Award-winning for its design, primary suite, and pool, Luminescence is nothing short of visionary.
