✨ Leadership installed. Purpose activated. ✨

We were honored to officially install the 2026 Board of Directors of NAHREP North New Jersey in Jersey City, leaders committed to advancing our mission with intention and impact.

This moment reflects NAHREP Wealth Project – Principle #7: Be politically savvy — because public policy matters.

The decisions made in policy rooms directly affect homeownership, wealth creation, and opportunity in our communities. That’s why leadership, advocacy, and civic engagement are not optional, they are essential.

Our board steps into this term ready to lead, represent, and advocate for policies that support sustainable Hispanic homeownership and generational wealth.

Happy 2026 🎉🎆🚨 Market Update | Jan. 2026 🚨

Big headline this week: 30-year mortgage rates dipped under 6%, yes, there’s officially a “5” in front of it. That shift alone is enough to change buyer behavior.

Here’s what matters:

The labor market remains strong, but rates still dropped, driven by market reaction to federal action aimed at easing housing costs.

The government announced a major move to purchase mortgage-backed securities, and the bond market responded favorably — which is why rates improved despite solid job data.

What this means for YOU:

🏡 Homeowners thinking of selling:
Buyers who’ve been waiting just got a reason to re-enter the market. Lower rates = more activity, more confidence, and stronger demand. If you’re considering selling in 2026, timing and pricing strategy matter more than ever.

🔑 Buyers currently on the hunt:
A dip like this can materially change your monthly payment and buying power. With more economic data coming next week (inflation + retail sales), this window may not stay open long.

This market is moving on headlines, not guesswork and that’s exactly where strategy comes in.

Real estate is complicated. That’s where I come in.
If you’re thinking about making a move in 2026, let’s talk now before the market makes the decision for you.

✨ From heartbreak to healing, today felt like one giant community hug. After an unfortunate fire that forced @fleetfeetmontclair to close its doors, we finally came together for their grand reopening & run. It was so much more than just miles. It was a celebration of resilience, support, and togetherness.

The sunshine, the laughter, the check-ins about pace, the smiles when meeting new friends… every step reminded me how special this community truly is. 🌞👟

Fleet Feet Montclair has supported me on my running journey, and today I felt the impact of what it means when a community shows up to support them right back. My heart is full, my legs are happy, and my gratitude is endless. 💙

Here’s to more miles, more memories, and more moments that remind us why we run 🏃🏽‍♀️

Check out their newly stocked inventory today!

Have you noticed fewer "For Sale" signs lately? 🏡📉 You’re not alone! @HousingWire’s lead analyst @logan_mohtashami recently shared that housing inventory has dipped, with sellers holding back as mortgage rates stay higher than expected. Compared to this time last year, inventory rose 1.5%, and for context, we have over 58% less inventory than in 2015.

💡 Lower competition right now means it’s prime time to list! If you’re curious about your home’s value or ready to make a move, message me to explore your options. Let’s make your home the one buyers want! 🌟

Did you know today is Mental Health Day?💚🧠

I want to take a moment to talk about mental health and running and how it has played a huge role in my own mental well-being. I know that not everyone loves running, but for me, it’s become a way to clear my mind, focus on my goals, and work through the stresses of everyday life.

So, I signed up for the @philly_marathon Half Marathon in November. But best of all, I partnered with @guardianrevival to raise $2,500 for a cause that’s more critical than ever— mental health support for first responders 🚒🚔 Veterans 🪖🇺🇸 , and their families 👪.

These heroes leave their families behind to protect and serve ours, especially after devastating events like #HurricaneHelene and #HurricanMilton 🌀🌪, which hit the Southeastern States hard, including my own family in Tampa, Kissimmee and Davenport. First responders are out there right now, helping my community recover from these natural disasters, putting their mental health on the line.

Guardian Revival provides #mentalhealth services free of charge to these heroes. The smallest donations helps get me closer to my $2,500 goal in order to provide the resources they need to heal and thrive.

Turn on the news, and you'll see the devastation that took place overnight and last month and consider donating through the link in my bio. Let's help those who help us ⛑️.

Let’s keep running🏃‍♂️🏃🏽‍♀️, not just for our mental health, but for theirs too. 💚 #MentalHealthMatters. My thoughts and prayers are with all those who have been impacted by these hurricanes. Please stay safe.
