Today was bigger than a time on the clock.
This marathon debut was powered by community, energy, and day ones showing up at the exact moments I needed it.

To everyone who screamed my name mid-race, made eye contact, clapped, John & Kiki ran alongside me hyping me up the maxxx, or just sent good energy — thank you. You genuinely helped me finish strong and enjoy every mile of this race.

I trained for this, yes. I put the work in, yes.
But moments like today remind me that we don’t do this alone.

Grateful for the connections, the support, and the reminder that when you put good energy out, it comes back tenfold.
Solid debut. More to come.

Life is about connection. About growth. About good energy.

Because when you’re not spending your time and energy with the right people and in the right places you start to feel it. You start to feel stuck. You start to feel alone. You start to feel like something’s missing.

But the truth is, we’re not meant to do this alone. We’re meant to move, to breathe, to grow together.

Get outside. Get some sunshine. Move your body. Show up for yourself and for others because that’s where healing happens.

That’s what we’re building here.
