VICTORY 🚀

The @kelownarocketswhl DOMINATED the @swiftcurrentbroncos at home on Wednesday night leaving the ice with a 10-2 final score 💥#

Putting up 42 shots over 60 minutes, the team worked evidently hard to push their record to 3-2-1-0.

@_maddendaneault scored his first home goal of the year, while @williammattee scored his first in the @westernhockeyleague 🔥

If you did not catch the game, don’t worry because the team is back on the ice TOMORROW for PINK IN THE RINK in support of @cancersociety 🩷

WE MADE A SPLASH! 💦🦆And what a splash it was.

Together, at the 2nd Annual Make a Splash fundraiser, we raised an incredible $40,332.94 for YMCA Okanagan Swims, helping local Grade 3 children gain lifesaving swim skills and build confidence in and around the water.💙 This happened because our community showed up!

Huge thanks to our sponsors, @rotaryclubkelowna_ogopogo, JMC Distribution, and @fitsetninjakelowna for believing in this event and helping us bring it to life.

To our Quack & Splash teams, you brought the competition, the laughs, the energy and some very impressive duck-racing skills. You made this one of the biggest highlights of the entire day.

To everyone who adopted a duck, thank you. Every adoption helped give a local child access to the Okanagan Swims Program and skills that could save their life.

From the pool deck to the speakers, a huge thank you to @mayortomdyas, our amazing local Olympian @kierrasmith, and @dj.invizible for keeping the competition fierce and the energy high all day long.

$40,332.94. Hundreds of rubber ducks. Giant inflatable ducks. A whole lot of splashing. And one community coming together for local children.

Thank you. Truly.💙

And as for Make a Splash 2027... You might want to start training now. 😉🐥
