Throwing it back to my last unification fight on @ob_promotions Summer Showdown 🔥🏆 dominant from round 1 to the final bell. Every round, every exchange, every moment. @provizion_fightnetwork @otmillyrock @raakcombatsports Now what and who is next? 🥊 September 19th — Birmingham @worldfreakfightleague Now it’s time to remind everyone what I’m capable of as I’m bringing that same champion energy 👑🔥🏆 #Boxing #OBPromotions #Julio #WFFL #ProVision

They should champion me more 💪🏾🏆📈🔥 Ups and downs of fighting is that nothing is guaranteed. Don’t ever count yourself out and believe in who you are regardless of the noise. Honestly speaking I should be on a win streak this year and feel like I was robbed twice. The resilience in me didn’t deter me from coming back sharper and stronger 🔥🤺 It was all experience leading up to rightfully claim number 1 spot on @ob_promotions This meant a lot to me than just winning the fights as it confirms who I am. This was the journey I’ve been through since to get back 🛣️🥇🏆✨ After meeting my goat @anthonyjoshua with Latz & Sina 🙏🏾❤️ they inspired me to keep pushing and I ended up on @daznboxing where AJ will be fighting 25th July 🙌🏾 May their souls keep shining eternally ✨ Rest in perfect peace Stella Rueben Jack ❤️🕊️💐 I want to thank sponsors such as: @myclm_ @abdelkader_cupping @upgradesuperfood @gripsocksgrimsby2023 @bymidesigns Thank my team: @otmillyrock @raakcombatsports @provizion_fightnetwork (WE THE BEST🎇) #Julio #Boxing #Champion #Journey #DAZN

Speak it, Believe it, Achieve it 🗣️🧘🏾‍♂️🏆✨ Beginning of last year I was number 🥇 for 2 years running on @ob_promotions after defending my belt. I was looking for the next challenge and had a great conversation with @joelherron_ @prosperity_studios in which Miles was spoken to be my next on my sights. He was number 2 at the time so I had my target set on claiming the Super Middleweight Title next. 🏆 After he was elevated to #1 the rest of the story was written and as we were destined to clash ⚔️🔥 #Julio #Boxing #Manifestation #Focus

The NHS puts the cost of women’s reproductive conditions at £11 billion a year in lost work. Imagine if they spent a fraction of that telling women why it’s happening. I helped Amie understand what was actually driving her symptoms. If you’ve been medically gaslit and told it’s nothing, comment DECODE. I’ll help you get real answers and start feeling like yourself again within 30 days. #ovariancyst #guthealthtips #hormonebalance #estrogendominance #wellness

Been gone since 2024 taking on different challenges around the country 🛣️ but for my homecoming back to @ob_promotions on paper as the underdog 🐺 I overcame to become undisputed P4P number 1 again against a very game opponent @milesolusina that was ranked number 1 at the time 🕰️ He is the fastest opponent I’ve ever fought and is very strong well deserving of champion status 💪🏾 🏆 I put on a masterclass at this level of boxing as a self taught fighter and rightfully be announced to claim MY throne again 🤴🏾🇬🇧🇳🇬🥊 📸 @fernandoalvan ✨ @f1ness__fotos 🥇 #Julio #Boxing #OBPromotions #P4P #Undisputed 🥇

I was asked what I’d tell my younger self. My answer? Don’t let anyone gaslight you medically. Not the doctor who tells you it’s normal. Not the friend who tells you not to be ridiculous. Not the voice in your own head that’s learned to suffer quietly because every other woman around you is doing the same. For me it was digestive issues. I was the one talking about it openly when most people would rather not. I asked the questions. I didn’t accept that’s just how your body is. And that openness, the refusal to go quiet about something that didn’t feel right, is the only reason I understand my body the way I do now. It’s also the reason I do this work. Because the women I see in perimenopause are living through the same dynamic, just dressed up differently. They’re told their bloods are fine. Their symptoms are normal. They’re at ‘that age’. They’re tired because they’re busy. The cycle changes are nothing. The weight is just metabolism. The 3am waking is stress. None of it is random. All of it is information. If something in your body is telling you it isn’t right, listen. Speak up. Ask the question again. Ask a different person. Get the bloodwork. Get it interpreted properly. Your body has been talking to you for years. You’re allowed to start hearing it. If you’re in that place right now, DM DECODE and I’ll send you the Blueprint and the details of the 30-day programme. #perimenopausehealth #hormoneimbalance #motherhood #mumssupportingmums #wellness
