This was so hard to pick just a few words for each of my wonderful friends be they’re SO AMAZING 🥹

Truly don’t know how I’ve been so lucky to hit the lotto with all the wonderful people in my life. And honestly this doesn’t include all, bc there’s so many I don’t have pictures of!

| love them all and I’m so grateful to have been impacted so deeply by how incredible they are. They change my life every day.💖

Life has been LIFIN’ lately but I’m still hereee!

I have not had a single lift in two weeks but I have been getting my steps in so I’m focusing on the positives. I have been realllyyyy hard on myself in April so I’m just ready for May so I can have a fresh start but my goal this week is to be kinder to myself.

It’s officially spring in Michigan and all the trees are pink and white and the flowers are blooming so I’m a happy girl 🌸

This heels class was LITTT 😝🔥

Always have to get a duet in with my dance bestie @proud2move 🥰 Charmaine and I danced together in high school and she’s the reason I started @_confitdance classes!

@confitdancestudio has been the best addition to my workout routine! 💃🏼🫶🏼

Should I post my solo too? 😉
