Thanks to @apfamilyfitness for hosting the #dyerfitnessfestival!

Dr. Thometz got to work on some awesome athletes and educate the community on how we support people with spine pain.

Also awesome to see some of the great local businesses come out and support the event. @pittstop_strength @provenperformancept_ @ironmadefitnessandmealprep

I had an ultrasound! 🚨

The results: not prego - just chubby. 😅😅😅

Thank you @dr.ianhardy @provenperformancept_ for getting me some injury updates. It was cool to see that even though there’s still a lot of work to do - I’ve made a lot of progress.

What this means is I need to keep doing what I’ve been doing with some additional exercises I learned from Ian. I’ve still got a path to travel, but there is light at the end of this tunnel and God willing, I will be back to 100% again. 🙏🏽🥋🇺🇸

Over Labor Day weekend, I used this time to reflect on my journey of becoming an aspiring pro. This year has taught me a lot. Now coming into fall this October my schedule will pick up very heavily in tournaments with PPA Chicago, APP Louisville, and APP Next Kansas City. I feel very well prepared from my training experience this summer with Ammar Wazir, the APP Academy, my tournaments with APP Next, and local tournaments here in Indiana and Illinois.

I also would like to take this time to acknowledge my trainers @provenperformancept_ for helping me in my athletic training and recovery.

Although, I know I have come along way, I also realized I have a long way to go. I am ready and excited for what is to come.

Man, what an incredible weekend in New York with the Go-Getters crew.

I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to be recognized as MVP this time around. Huge thank you to @dr.peteryu , @dr.andyfatachan , and @dr.kristifatachan for continuing to push me, challenge me, and help me grow into a better business owner and leader so we can make an even bigger impact in our community.

One of the biggest things I’ve learned is how important it is to intentionally put yourself in rooms with high-level, purpose-driven people. People who think bigger, operate at a higher standard, and aren’t afraid to challenge you when they know you’re capable of more.

Being around people like that forces you to look at yourself differently. It pushes you outside of what’s comfortable, exposes the areas where you need to grow, and reminds you that there’s always another level. Not just in business, but in leadership, discipline, service, and the impact you’re capable of making.

I’m extremely thankful for this entire community and all the other members in the group who continue to raise the standard, push the limits, and make everyone around them better. Love you guys.

Most importantly, thank you to my team at @provenperformancept_ . I couldn’t do any of this without you guys. Every idea, every challenge, every lesson, and every uncomfortable season only matters if we turn it into something meaningful for the people we serve.

I’m so excited about what we’re building, where we’re headed, and the impact we’re going to continue making in our community.

We’re literally just getting started.

Let’s cook. 🔥

Before I announce the upcoming Fall/Winter Bays Pro Academy training schedule, I wanted to share a little bit about myself—who I am and my background, what this page represents, and what my training is all about!

I’m excited to see this community and family continue to grow, but more importantly, I’m excited to help every single player develop—not just technically, but in their understanding of the game and, most importantly, their love for it.

I believe the knowledge and experience I’ve gained throughout my playing journey can help equip your player with the tools they need to dominate—not only on the field, but in every arena they walk into.

So much progress has been made over the last year, but this is only the beginning. 👊🏼⚽️

Develop. Perform. Elevate.
