That fence may have been there for years, but that doesn’t necessarily mean it marks the legal property line. It’s something worth paying attention to when buying or selling a property, replacing a fence, or planning improvements near a boundary.

Depending on the situation, recorded documents, title information, and surveys may help clarify what you’re actually working with.

We covered this in more detail in our latest blog on property-line encroachments in California. You can find it through our website linked in my bio.

Did you know…Airband is also a fundraiser?!!

Last year, our Airband community raised over $40K for the American Heart Association. Those are some pretty big shoes to fill! 👏

This year, we’re raising funds for the Pediatric Cancer Research Foundation…and apparently, a little friendly competition is all it takes to get things going🔥

NPC2 is officially the first group to hit $1,000! 🎉🙌

Now the question is…

WHO’S NEXT?! 👀

Pick your favorite Airband group and help them climb the leaderboard!

I recently joined Gary Miles on The Free Lawyer Podcast, and one question from our conversation has stayed with me: What do you want your practice and professional life to feel like?

It is easy to move from one deadline, client, or opportunity to the next without pausing to consider the kind of practice you are actually building.

For me, building intentionally means creating space for meaningful work, strong professional relationships, and a practice that reflects how I want to serve my clients and community.

Thank you, Gary, for such a thoughtful conversation 🌱

A lawsuit is not always the best place to start.

Depending on the circumstances, negotiation or mediation may provide a more efficient path to resolution while preserving relationships and reducing costs.

Every dispute requires a different strategy. The key is understanding your options before deciding on your next step.

At Sara Naheedy Law APC, we help clients evaluate potential paths forward and develop a strategy that aligns with their goals.

💻 Let’s chat about your situation!
