Some parts of Sadhana can’t be explained.
They can only be experienced✨

The stillness after the practice.
The first light of the morning.
A warm cup of cacao or mate in your hands.
The feeling of simply being present.

Not every part of the practice is movement, breath or mantra.

Sometimes, it’s the space that remains after.

Stay with it. 🤍

SOLAR ECLIPSE: RETURN TO YOUR LIGHT

Ibiza.... let's elevate💫

A Solar Eclipse symbolizes a moment of reset, revelation, and new beginnings. When the light is temporarily covered, inviting us to turn inward and illuminate what has been hidden within. Spiritually, it is a powerful opportunity to release old patterns, clear stagnant energy, and consciously choose the version of ourselves we are ready to become.

Through Kriya, breathwork, meditation, mantra, and movement, we will activate the life force within, dissolve what no longer serves us, and reconnect with our inner Sun...SURYA...the unwavering light of our true Self.

Release the old. Reclaim your power. Rise into the light.

KEEP GOING💫

Last day of July. ✨

Yesterday, part of our Sadhana Warriors community happened to find each other in the same Sadhana.

And then came everything after.

Sharing life.
Conversations that stay with you.
Mate🧉 , laughter 😂 , hugs 🫂 and goodbyes 👋🏾 .

Because Sadhana may be what brings us together, but the community we create around it goes far beyond the practice.

We don’t always know who will be there.
We don’t always know when our paths will cross again.

But somehow, they do.

Synchronicity. 🤍

This is Sadhana Warriors.

What is a Kriya?

In Kundalini Yoga, a Kriya is a specific sequence of postures, breath, movement, mantra and meditation, practiced in a particular order.

And the timing is part of the practice too.

Some exercises are held for a specific amount of time. As the body begins to feel the challenge, the practice becomes staying present .... breathing, observing the mind, and continuing with awareness.

It’s not about doing more.
It’s about staying present with what is.

Breathe. Observe. Keep going.

Sat Nam.

I’m so happy to share this news with our community....

IBIZA… I’m coming💫

This will be my first time on the island, and I’m grateful to be there during such a special time.

I’ll be there giving a Lion’s Gate Portal and the Solar Eclipse class, and I’m looking forward meeting the Ibiza community and seeing our Tulum community there while continuing to expand this beautiful practice on this magical island.

I’ll also be sharing this practice in more places across Ibiza and Spain over the coming weeks.

Stay tuned for all the beautiful things ahead.

Keep Going 💛🦁🙏

How you begin your morning shapes everything that follows.

A few moments of stillness.

A deep breath.

The first light of the day.

Sometimes, that’s all it takes to change the way you move through the rest of your day.

Open your throat. Open your heart. ✨

The throat chakra is the center of expression, truth, and authentic communication.

Through the vibration of the mantras, we use our voice as a tool for presence, not to sing perfectly, but to connect more deeply and give ourselves and every cell in our body the most powerful vibration of all… our voice in prayer.

Sometimes, the most powerful thing you can do is simply let your voice be heard.

Sat Nam. 🙏

Every sunrise carries an invitation.

To slow down.
To listen.
To honor the sacred.
To begin again.

From the first flame to the first breath,
every step is a prayer.

This is how we greet a new day.

This is Sadhana Warriors🔥

The weekend is part of the practice.

You don’t need a studio.
You don’t need a teacher.
You don’t need the perfect routine.

Just one conscious moment.

That is Sadhana.

Take this weekend to reconnect with yourself.

Sat Nam. ✨

Bright fruit, crunchy pecans, and every spoonful tasting as fresh as it looks. Some cravings are worth giving in to.

Fruta fresca, nueces pecanas crujientes y cada cucharada tan fresca como se ve. Hay antojos a los que simplemente vale la pena rendirse.
