Mix n match…. A favorite closeup of mine from our Charter Oak project. We used limestone for a clean but natural countertop, mixed two tile formats of varied shape, and used burl and white bronze metal for the cabinetry selection. What a day in the hot, steamy sun for our first @ladesignweekend event in the garden! ☀️ So many old and new friends came by, and that made every sweaty minute worth it. Huge thanks to the talent behind these three designers, @pruskinhardware , @hunteralexanderknight and @andewhq and to everyone in this amazing design community we got to connect with. Thank you @hollanddenvir for making it so easy to be part of this fantastic design event! Shout out to my dad @barry.rosenbloom for stopping by to support us during setup, and to my sweetie @mellow_mic for the delicious homemade lemon limeade. 🍋 and Ben’s delicious affogatos! 🍨 📸 @_breannacarlson + @mellow_mic

The addition of burl for this vanity took the palette from light and organic (white oak was a consideration) to rich and deep. So glad we pivoted and considered something a bit riskier than the norm. It’s also interesting to see how it pulls out the tone of the metal mirror too. Design/Styling: @anaberdesign 📷: @charlotteleaphotography #anaberdesign
