Yesterday I couldn’t post on my birthday… but my heart has been so full, I needed a moment to sit in it first. 🤍
This birthday felt different.
because everything was perfect… because I’m stepping into a new chapter.

A chapter where I feel covered.
Where I feel seen.
Where I’m loved intentionally.
My sisters really raised the bar this year 🥹
Knowing the kind of year I had… they didn’t just celebrate me, they held me.
They poured into me in a way that spoke directly to my healing.
The kind of love that says, “you don’t have to be strong here.”
And that meant everything.

And my husband… whew.
Where do I even begin.
Every moment, every detail, every ounce of support, none of this would have even been positioned the way it was without you.
You are my covering, my consistent stabilizer … and I don’t take that lightly. Thank you for loving me the way you do. 🤍

I’m just… grateful.
Grateful for life.
Grateful for growth.
Grateful that even in the hard seasons, God was still writing something beautiful.

And just so we’re clear…
this is NOT the last birthday post 😌
we celebrating ALL month because this chapter? yeah… it’s mine 💅🏽✨

Did you know? Anxiety often pulls us into the 'what ifs' of the future, making it hard to fully live in the present. But today is a gift; right here, right now. Take a deep breath, ground yourself, and embrace the moment. You deserve peace. #LivingInTheNow #SaturdayMindfulness

This past weekend, I had the privilege to speak with the amazing young woman and adults of @eglisededieudebaisley at their day of spiritual empowerment. Their focus was found in Romans 8 v 5-6. "Governing your minds" is definitely easier said than done when we reflected on all the pressure women have to face on a daily basis that affects our mental well-being.

However, as Christians, we are blessed to have our scriptures to refer to when we are feeling overwhelmed that reminds us to focus on God and his promises and not allow the things of this earth be our main objective, for we are living for the spirit and not our flesh!

@bcogyouthgroup we are beautifully and wonderfully made in Jesus' name. We shall NOT let anything make us forget that! Thank you so much for having me. I can't wait wait to come and see you guys soon. God bless you ladies, you all are amazing!

Protect your peace by any means necessary. Your "family" aren't always the ones given to you. This post was so difficult for me to do because I am speaking to myself as well! I will be referring to this reel until March 24th, God willing. Be encouraged, whoever and wherever you are! You are not going through this season alone!
