This journey changed me. ❤️
99 to Beat pushed me in ways I didn’t expect—mentally, emotionally, and physically. There were moments of doubt, moments of strength, and moments I’ll carry with me forever.
The ending was brutal… but I’m deeply grateful for the path that led me there for the people I met, the lessons I learned, and the growth that came from showing up fully and giving it everything I had.
A huge shoutout to the cast. I can honestly say I love every one of them and truly call them friends. I came in with a family of 12, but I left with a family of 100. The cast we had was something special, people who stayed true to themselves and showed up as real friends to one another. I’m forever grateful for that.
Congratulations to @peternevins an incredible competitor and someone I’m grateful to call a friend. I truly believe everything happens for a reason, and I trust that God has other plans ahead. I’m thankful for the journey and for the competitor Peter was.

And to our wonderful hosts, @erinandrews and @kenjeong truly thank you to the both of you! Extra love to Ken. He is one of the most genuine, encouraging, and humble people I’ve ever met. After the finale, when I was completely heartbroken and collapsed on the floor in the hall of the studio, Ken had every reason to leave, he was running late and had another event to be at—but instead, he sat with me. He talked with me, uplifted me, encouraged me, and reminded me of the impact I can have, especially as a role model for young women—including his twin daughters. He went full dad mode, and I’ll forever be grateful for that moment. His kindness helped shift my mindset when I needed it most. Honored to call him my “TV dad”. 💚💙
