After a productive showing at the Nike TOC in Las Vegas, and great conversations over the past couple months with Head Coach Casey @caseykushiyama , Lady HUI Black’s very own Ginger Biddle @ginger.biddle2027 has received a Roster Spot OFFER from University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, WA🪵🐻! So appreciative of Coach Casey @pswbasketball for his continuous support & belief in our girl who means so much to me & our program! Great things happen to those who continue to trust the process, as well as consistently develop, and I know that Ginger will keep doing exactly that! So so proud, so so happy for her, and SHE has definitely EARNED this 🩷🖤

Hey everyone! If you’re new here, I’m Emme Eisenman, I am a current graduate level mental consultant pursuing my MSc in Sport Psychology.
Throughout the last 12 years of my basketball career I’ve experienced it all: the highs of competing, and the brutal lows of burnout, comparison, severe performance anxiety, and pushing my body past its breaking point. It took stepping away, rebuilding my own mental roots, and moving across the world to Wales to pursue my Master’s in Sport Psychology to truly realize something critical: Well-being is the foundation of performance.
Athletes have endless options for physical training and rehabilitation, but so many are left to navigate the mental aspect completely alone. That’s why I created Iron Mind.
I’m looking to help athletes of all ages to adapt their physical game by training their mental game using these four pillars:
Foundation (Well-being & Identity)
Forge (Mental Skills: Mindfulness, Breathing, Visualization, Self-talk, Goal setting)
Fire (Navigating Adversity & Mistakes)
Iron (Resilience & Peak Performance)
