What if the right job worked with your ADHD brain instead of against it? 🧠

About 8 million adults in the U.S. have ADHD. While symptoms like trouble focusing, restlessness, or disorganization can make everyday life harder, they don’t tell the whole story.

ADHD can also come with strengths that shine in different work environments, from thinking on your feet to diving deep into a passion. The key is finding a role that fits your interests, skills, and needs.

💬 Which of these job traits sounds most like you? Tell us below. 👇

HOW TO UNDERSTAND A BIPOLAR BRAIN 🧠

First: your brain isn’t broken.

It’s a brain that can have shifts in mood, energy, sleep, thinking, and behavior that can become way more intense than the situation calls for.

Think of it like this:

NORMAL MODE:
“I'm tired. I should probably sleep.”

MANIA/HYPOMANIA:
“Sleep? WHY? I HAVE 47 IDEAS AND A NEW LIFE PLAN.” 💀

DEPRESSION:
“I know I need to do it. I literally cannot make myself care.”

And the scary part?

You might not realize you're shifting while it's happening.

That’s why learning YOUR patterns matters.

Watch for changes in:
🛌 Sleep
⚡ Energy
🧠 Thoughts
💸 Spending
🗣️ Talking
❤️ Emotions
🚀 Impulsivity
👀 Risk-taking
🌧️ Motivation

Your goal isn't to become your own doctor.

Your goal is to learn your early warning signs well enough to say:

“Wait… this feels different.”

That moment can change everything.

Bipolar isn't your personality.
It isn't your identity.
And it doesn't mean your life is over.

The more you understand your brain, the more power you have to work WITH it instead of fighting it.

Welcome to WITHIN US.

Real people.
Real brains.
Real life. 🧠💙

💬 Comment PANIC for the full breakdown, including when it’s something else worth checking with a doctor.

😵‍💫 The dizziness is real, but blacking out during a panic attack is rare.

When panic kicks in, your body shifts into fight-or-flight mode. Your heart rate and breathing can change quickly, which can leave you feeling lightheaded, dizzy, weak, or like you’re about to lose consciousness.

And that "I’m going to faint" feeling can be very convincing. But feeling faint doesn’t necessarily mean you’re actually going to pass out.

Swipe through to see why panic can make you feel this way and what’s actually happening in your body. 👆
