another trip that I couldn't possibly describe or quite capture the beauty of.

incredible views, delicious food, the most beautiful beaches, the silliest memories, the best caiparhinas, and new friends that I couldn't be more grateful for 🥰

Obrigada Brasil 🇧🇷💛

And thank you ladies (and Kurt) for traveling to Brazil with Ryann and I! This was such an incredible group to travel with. It’s always fun to connect with new friends while reconnecting with the old. All in the setting of beautiful Brazil!! Don’t have too many caipirinhas without me 😉

Until next time 💚

☁️ The Weather Inside Me 🌧️☀️

I’ve always described my emotions like weather. Not because I’m being dramatic… but because sometimes it’s easier to say “it’s raining” than explain everything I’m holding inside 🙃

Some days feel like sunshine. ☀️
Some days are cloudy. ☁️
Some days are a quiet drizzle 🌧️ where I’m still smiling, still showing up… but feeling a little heavy underneath. 🌦️

Right now I’m not storming, and I’m not in a moody mood… I’m just stressed. Like my mind has too many tabs open. But I’m still hopeful, because I’ve learned something about weather: 🌪️ it always changes ⚡️

Even if it’s raining inside you today, it won’t last forever. The sky clears. The sun comes back. And until then… we grow 🌱 and be patient with ourselves.

What’s your weather today? ☁️🌧️☀️🤍

Feeling “off” lately? 🧠💛
