Happy 1st Birthday to @puregymlondonbeckenham 🎉💪
We pulled up with one question… how strong is Beckenham, really?

To celebrate year one, we put members to the test with the Beckenham’s Grip Strength Challenge — because strength isn’t just what you lift… it’s what you hold.

Grip strength is one of the simplest indicators of overall health, longevity, and real-world strength. And today? The energy, the effort, the community… unmatched.

Great vibes. Great team. Great members.
Full results dropping this weekend… stay ready 👀🔥

2025 really stretched me in the best way.
From East London with a vision, I didn’t just train my body I built a community.

Started a fitness family.
Tried new workouts, new disciplines, new spaces.
Pushed past comfort zones physically, mentally, socially.
Learned more about fitness, movement, recovery… and even more about people.

I’m still antisocial at heart, but fitness connected me with some real ones 🤞🏾
Different classes. Different venues. Different energies.
Same mission: move better, feel stronger, grow together.

This year was about showing up.
Next year is about levelling up.

If you’ve been watching from the sidelines 2025 is your sign.
Train with us. Build habits. Find your people.
Let’s make consistency louder than motivation.

4MF family thank you for every session, every rep, every step 🖤
We’re only getting started.

Struggling to find your balance on Bulgarian split squats? This is the set up for you!
Place the bar on the same shoulder as the leg you’re working on, hold on to the smith machine for stability, drive your knee back towards the bench and lean sightly forward to target the glutes 🍑😉
Save for your next leg day😘
