⚡ STIMULUS

This is a grindy endurance + barbell test. The runs should be strong and controlled—not all-out—so you can immediately attack the next movement.

Muscle-ups should be completed in 2–4 manageable sets. The 135/95 barbell should feel moderate: snatches in quick singles or small touch-and-go sets, then clean & jerks with minimal time staring at the bar.

The final 800M is where you empty the tank. No equipment left. No reps left. Just run.

🎯 Target: 25–32 minutes
🔥 Goal: Keep moving and minimize transitions
💀 Trap: Going too hard on the first 800M
