Very hard day.
For 10,000 reasons.
Breathing in pain.
Breathing out compassion.

This past weekend, I taught my very first Post-Op Plastic Surgery Class!!! 🥳

For the past 4 years, I have worked on men and women that have had various procedures on their bodies. Tummy tucks, Liposuction, Brazilian Butt Lifts, Breast Augmentations and more! I've had patients locally and from Miami, Chicago, Los Angeles, San Diego, Tijuana, Brazil, and Chile. The transformations that the human body can go through are amazing. It's such an honor to be a part of their healing journey.

Thank you to my colleagues that attended the class and allowed me to share the knowledge and experience I've had with you. I hope to be able to share with more therapists in the near future.

It was great to visit my alma mater yesterday for the first time in 6 years! Did you know that as a Licensed Massage Therapist I am required to have 24 hours of continuing education every two years? Three of those hours are to include Ethics to keep me up to date on what it means to hold a license in this state and practice. Yesterday I attended an ethics class and learned so much about statutes and ethical practice- essential to my work life! .
