The power of a support system ✨ This past week was all about supporting and uplifting each other. The power of a community can take you very far. Just by the fact of knowing that they are there, it can be enough to help you move forward. I was really blessed by being part of sheshould.shecould.sheis and all the amazing coaches that I met through it like @lucy.mary.k ♥️ @hermioneplumptre and @xshailanx brought us together and magic happened. Together with @giapomilio_pt and @rach_elz we brought a concept to live - which wouldn’t have been possible without @marilena_nl and @pinkfrauenfitness (forever thankful!) The support system in 3rd places plays a big role in our wellbeing: feeling seen is one of the keys to fight loneliness. Being a coach goes further than explaining exercises. For some people, we become their daily dose of being seen and that job needs to be taken with high responsibility. Thank you to all the people who showed up, trusted us and returned the energy with great smiles. Our job as a coach means nothing without you ♥️ Also thanks to my great friends and husband who come to the rescue when I need it the most @kirasciberras @toniajs @tylerjkoenig 🥰

Glazier first episode is available! Link in bio. So thankful for @rtm.fm to let me play my “absurd auditive journey” as they call it, I love it. Big thanks to @hannah_marine for telling me about them and volunteering there with so many gems of people. Hope you like it. Swipe for some wholesome lockdown content. Pining for the Peaks 🌟⛰ Can't thank my beautiful mates enough for making me feel the birthday love in such a doubtful time ~ you made it dreamy ☁️💜 [Image description: 1. Day 11 #30works30days by @12ocollective You can see my beautiful friend @pterodactphil enjoying my exhibition I forced on her on our roof (we’re very lucky indeed, to have that space and each other). Will probably end up having a whole movie about her by the end and you know what? You’re in for a treat. Love you all, stay safe, stay the fuck home. Sound is the bird trees next to our street and also the sea in Brighton I recorded last year visiting me brother @toinecanon.
