💈 BACK TO SCHOOL COMMUNITY DAY ❤️

Yesterday was exactly what this was supposed to be about bringing people together, giving something back and making sure a few more kids head back to school feeling fresh, confident and ready. 🙌

We spent the day giving out FREE back-to-school haircuts, alongside goodie bags filled with school essentials for every child who came through the doors. ✂️🎒📚

A massive thank you to Tesco Guildford and Krispy Kreme for supporting the event and supplying us with so much to help make the day possible. ❤️

Thank you as well to every local business, client and member of the community who donated supplies, brought things into the shop or helped spread the word. It genuinely all added up.

And finally, thank you to EVERYONE who turned up yesterday. Seeing the shop busy, families coming through the doors and the local community getting behind something positive made all the work worthwhile.

The day was a success, but more importantly, it showed again what a barbershop can be.
It doesn’t always have to be just about haircuts.
Sometimes it can simply be a place that brings a community together. ❤️💈

TOMORROW ❤️💈 FREE BACK-TO-SCHOOL HAIRCUTS!

After weeks of planning, tomorrow is finally our Back-to-School Community Day at Clean Cuts Barbershop, Guildford.

The idea behind this has always been simple: give something back.

With the cost of everything going up, getting the kids ready for a new school year isn’t cheap. So tomorrow we’re opening our doors to offer FREE kids’ haircuts and EVERY child who gets a haircut will also receive a FREE goodie bag filled with back-to-school essentials! ✂️🎒❤️

A massive thank you to Tesco Guildford and Krispy Kreme for supporting the event, and to every client, local business and person in the community who has donated, shared the event, offered their time or helped us put everything together.

Those donations have helped us make sure the kids leave with more than just a fresh haircut ready for school. 🙌

And of course, a huge thank you to the barbers giving up their time tomorrow to cut hair for FREE. 👏💈

Also a massive thank you to BBC Radio Surrey for having me on and giving me the opportunity to talk about why we’re doing this. 🎙️❤️

We’ve already got barbers giving up their time, businesses getting involved and some amazing people helping us put together a proper day for the local community.

But we want to make it BIGGER.
📣 LOCAL BUSINESSES WE WANT YOU INVOLVED!

This isn’t about us asking for big sponsorships or loads of money.
If you’re a local business, sports team, gym, club or organisation and want to come down, network, promote what you do and meet the community
COME ALONG!
All we ask is, if possible, bring a small contribution for the kids going back to school. ❤️
