Skoro jest nas tu więcej… Pomyślałam, że wypada się przedstawić. Albo przedstawić ponownie. Jestem Karo. Dla przyjaciół Kaja. Od 2012 roku mieszkam w Berlinie, choć regularnie ciągnie mnie do Tokio, Singapuru i Bangkoku. Najwyraźniej potrzebuję czasem zmienić kontynent, żeby zmienić perspektywę. Przez około dziesięć lat pracowałam w modzie, później w fashion PR, a następnie przeszłam do operations i finansów w branżach kreatywnych. Kocham sztukę i design. Kocham miasta. 🖤

A long birthday weekend by the sea with my favorite people. Moments that felt like being a child again. Also a time of change, of new beginnings, of taking real steps toward the life I’m building. Looking ahead with genuine optimism to an exciting future, knowing I’ve made the right choices, surrounded by people who believe in me. A special thank you to the team at @the.shoreline.sellin on Rügen, a new destination right on the cliffs of Sellin. Waking up to ocean views and the sound of the waves, in an apartment building that truly thinks of everything, is a one-of-a-kind experience. See you all again soon, and thank you for all the birthday wishes. #birthdaycelebration #theshorelinesellin #visitrügen

Berlin by the sea, how beautiful that would be, even if the outlines of a Berlin summer were to occasionally soften and blur. #wannsee #juergenteller #leeshulman

Anzeige | Moments in Greece with the FUTO collection by KINTO. Here, life seems to follow a different rhythm, shaped by the sea, the landscape and the natural pace of the day. The connection between nature, material and daily rituals is reflected in the FUTO collection, where linen, cotton and knitwear are designed to age naturally and become more personal over time. As @kintoeurope new textile brand, FUTO is rooted in an appreciation for honest materials and thoughtful craftsmanship. French-grown linen, seamless knitted bags made in Nagano and garments informed by regional textile traditions across Japan are created to be used, lived with and shaped by time. @kintoeurope @kintojapan #kinto #kintofuto

A week of Greek island life, shaped by endless beachscapes, authentic cuisine, and my favorite people. A magical house nestled in the Dikeos massif, overlooking the vast eastern Aegean, where sunsets unfold like nowhere else. A place that carries deep meaning for me, one that brings a lightness I can’t compare to anything else. A special thanks to our neighbors @kazino.asomatos - you were our culinary home.

Sunkissed in Greece, our first stay in Athens finds its perfect home away from home and sanctuary in the @10amlofts , a special place from which to experience the city’s extraordinary energy, cultural depth, creative force, and eclectic character. @ev_pap is the founder of @10amapotheke , a contemporary Greek brand based in the same space in the Gazi District of downtown Athens. The lofts are located in a former food storage warehouse that has been carefully transformed into a modern space while preserving its raw industrial character. Their architecture references 1970s Athens and the city’s brutalist heritage, reinterpreted through a contemporary lens. Expansive glass facades bring natural light deep into the interiors, while the open plan structure without interior columns creates a strong sense of spaciousness, clarity, and creative freedom. Within this setting, Eva Papadaki’s curatorial sensibility becomes especially tangible. With a refined focus on heritage, craftsmanship, and interior composition, she has shaped a space that feels almost like a contemporary temple, both intimate and monumental, standing in a category of its own.

It feels like this year is carrying a different kind of energy. The most valuable part of Copenhagen Design Week and @3daysofdesign wasn’t on display. It was the people. The people I met, the friends I spent time with, and the conversations that somehow went beyond design. People who believe in each other, share ideas, make plans for the future, and genuinely care about what they are building. Being around that kind of energy is rare. It reminds you how much can happen when passionate people come together with a sense of purpose and a clear point of view. I left Copenhagen with a sense that something is shifting. A year with new momentum, new collaborations, new possibilities and hope. Thank you, Copenhagen, and everyone who made these days what they were. On a personal note, I’m especially grateful to have had the opportunity to reimagine a furniture object together with @savoofficeseating and, for the first time, be part of an exhibition during @3daysofdesign . I’m also proud to see my friends from @karstberlin as part of the exhibition in collaboration with @toni_donau for @simonebookservices .
