LAST CHANCE to come visit WELLNESS
SATURDAY 03.10.2026 + SUNDAY 04.10.2026
13:00-18:00, Garage at Förstergasse 8, 1020

Come by, say hi, and experience the multi sensory exhibition one last time with or without a glass of wine or alcohol-free Verjus by @weingut.gassner, closing the @viennadesignweek

Thank you @ptrwal and @deinefranz for the amazing photos ♡

„Come with me: this is my morning routine to become the best version of yourself. Wake up at 5 a.m., hot girl walk, pilates, ice cold shower, skin care, supplements, no coffee but matcha, journaling, mediation.“

In today’s understanding, wellness is increasingly embedded in the logic of a capitalist, performance-driven society. Well-being is no longer understood as an inner state, but as a visible achievement that must be produced, optimized, and presented. The promise is always the same: a healthier, more successful life. The
body becomes a project of constant improvement, resting a productive activity, and self-care yet another form of work. Wellness appears as a universal formula and a digital buzzword for self-actualisation and well-being. What promises to slow us down ultimately follows the same mechanisms that shape our everyday
lives: efficiency, comparability, availability, and discipline. Yet a fundamental question remains: When did we lose the ability to listen to our inner voice? And what does wellness mean to us as individuals? How can we find our way back to sensory experience, intuition, and a sense of well-being?

dinner table for @schaum__official 🫧

we created a finger food table for the launch of a new lamp designed by @schaum__official, the aim was to create a setting in which food is shared in a special atmosphere.

all of the food we serve is locally sourced and seasonal, mostly vegetarian. if you’re looking for an innovative food concept for your next event, don’t hesitate to contact us so we can come up with a specialized menu and concept reflecting your vision!

we’re already working on upcoming events and are super excited for what’s to come!!

see you soon <3

Institute of Fine Arts & Media Art

PHOTOGRAPHY
(@klassefotografie)
—

Sebastian Karim Eder: Motion Pictures
By moving the camera quickly during exposure, the running image on a television is broken up into fragmented individual frames. A visual trace of time, perception, and motion. (Slide 1-3)

Fritz Lichtenwagner (@ffffflicht): painting show
von bild zu bild da und dort diesseits wie jenseits (Slide 4-6)

Louise Valeria Lotzing (@loucidou): Häuser und Hecken
People barricade themselves in their homes, pull down the shutters and raise the hedges. The dream of home ownership turns into a fortress of petty bourgeois respectability: garden gnomes are put on display, flags are hoisted, and gates are shut. (Slide 7-9)

Kia Sciarrone (@kia.sciarrone): imaginations of desire
„Die Angst und der Wunsch, den Leib zu sehen, zu berühren, ihn ganz zu fühlen: So erlebe ich meine Fantasien. Vieles spielt sich nur in meinem Kopf ab, frei von Grenzen. Das Problem beginnt erst bei körperlichen Begegnungen: Traue ich mich, diese Fantasien auszuprobieren? Wem gehört eigentlich mein Körper bei solchen intimen Kontakten? Mir allein oder besitzt ihn mein Partner?“ (Slide 10-12)

Peter Elias Walde (@ptrwal): Limbo
Through the transfer process of an image onto Japanese paper and the subsequent coating of the frottage, fluid, soft and painterly surfaces emerge. The gestural act of rubbing and smearing situates the work between photography, printmaking and painting. (Slide 13-15)

Diese 10. Edition geht an die Herzen am anderen Ende der Welt, ich vermisse euch!
