When desire becomes endless, circulating without an object, what does an image become?
In an era of emotional capitalism, where feelings are packaged, delivered, and tracked, the image shifts from representing a thing to representing its own desirability.

Jet Too Holiday engages this de-functionalized advertising language, reassembling its fluorescent colors, geometric motifs, and seductive surfaces into new, uncanny forms. Nothing here performs the role of a product, yet each work hums with the residue of marketing logic: the lure, the fiction, the promise of satisfaction that never fully arrives.

The exhibition becomes a “holiday of desire,” a space to enter, wander, and reflect on the contradictions shaping our visual world.

⏰Opening Reception: Nov 23, 5:00-7:00pm, 2025
✨ Exhibition Dates: Nov 23- Dec 06, 2025

I remember asking Ed if he knew this song around the campfire one gorgeous San Hamiltonio night in another life. He grabbed an empty shot glass and put it over a finger on his left hand and started playing slide guitar. The flames crackled some mysterious and magical rhythm and he sang the first few lines and transformed Dylan’s song into a bluesy masterpiece. Then he switched on his head lamp and pulled out a massive song book (you all know the one) and said “let’s do it his way, but y’all have to sing!”
Miss you Eddy! This town doesn’t feel the same since you left us. Im so lucky Club Ed was our prom band, I’m so happy my kids got to meet you and help water your garden oasis. I’m so glad you passed peacefully there with friends around you. I’m so grateful for the lives you touched and beyond what you have spread for generations to enjoy, and the music, compassion and grace you gave to our community.
It makes me so proud that so many are coming to remember you this Thursday. If it was everyone who’s life you changed for the better, it would be an all summer long festival. Somehow it feels that way though as us Hamiltonians celebrate you and support the careers of your past students and most of all remember the smiles you imparted everywhere you went. I hope you are up there enjoying a good jam around heavens campfires and that you might get to look down for a moment as we remember you. You’re never truly gone until the last person who remembers you passes, so Eddy you live on forever.
Cheers!
