I’m happy to share this Sunday my last ambient mix for my good friends from @publicaverti 🫀 a channel which deserve the purest and most attentive listening, with such great selectors in it.

Let yourself be lulled into this weird and introspective selection, like a journey frozen in time.

zzz mix series 01 : @jp.metivier

in anticipation of this summer's ambient sleepover, soundbath adopts a new moniker and kicks off a new sleepy mix series with this mega-soother from JP Metis - a true honour

In this mix, multiple emotions overlap and morph: anticipation, yearning, grief, serenity, trust, admiration.

JP Metis is a mestiso music lover from Tiohtià:ke, commonly known as Montréal. Founding member of @innercirclemtl he started DJing in 2016. He’s ½ of @publicaverti a mix series anchored in the overlooked, enigmatic and often poetic sections of collections. Behind the booth, he has a full range of sensibilities spanning a variety of sounds and a taste for off-piste music to broaden expectations.

La Deuxième Publication is out on @publicaverti. Mix by my friend @augustinmzn who curates Plunkzrechord, a YT digger’s channel out of Montréal.

❛ Sinusoid ❜
[The way up: rough
The way down: scary

As for the crests
And troughs:

They offer nary
But arrest]
