After a wild and crazy encounter with a cougar (see 3rd pic and check his story), @publiclandrew was able to punch his elk tag - Congratulations!

Posted @withregram • @publiclandrew What a crazy couple of days! Cougars aren't going to keep me out of the mountains. Today I was lucky enough to harvest this beautiful bull! Sorry the pictures suck... it was 94F and I'm solo so corners were cut to save the meat which is by far the best part of elk hunting!

This guy was very talkative and defensive of his lady friends. Almost an hour of bugling back and forth I was able to get him broadside and get an arrow in him. He went 10yds and piled up.

Year ago got the privilege of seeing this amazing deer!

Luke Brewster’s World Record whitetail. Talk about an unbelievable deer and beautiful mount! Got to talk to him for a few minutes and he’s a super down to earth guy! His world for sure changed when that deer hit the ground! Glad it happened to a humble guy and a veteran!
