Had to post this one... full on asleep, eyes open, lips flapping & legs twitching. He snored like no other but once in a while he’d get going like this. @pugdogmilo #pugdogmilo #pug #pugs #seniorpug #pugsofinstagram

It is with great sadness to share that on the morning of April 27th, we spent our last moments with Milo. He left us peacefully while his mom and I held him and told him how much we loved him. He was 3 months shy of turning 17 years old. I met Milo when he was about 4 years old, and a few years later he became a part of my life when Sha-Lee and I began dating. I cannot express how much of a great dog he was. He was so silly, sweet, loyal, loving and an absolute joy to be around. All he wanted was to be right by your side, some attention, a bite of whatever you were eating and loved his naps. Everyone who met him immediately fell in love with his absolutely joyful personality. The last 4 years of his life, he lost the ability to walk but as soon as we got him a set of wheels, he would zip around the yard with the same smile he had when he was young. He was often times a great deal of work, but I wouldn’t change any of it. I am eternally grateful for every minute we had with him and will miss him dearly. Losing him has been one of the hardest things in my life (I wanted to post about him sooner, but couldn’t bring myself to look through photos until now). I will always love him and cherish every moment. I have TONS of photos and video that I will continue to share on his account @pugdogmilo. Thank you for being my best friend and say hi to grandma (my mom)… she will take good care of you until we see you again. 07/04/03 - 04/27/20 @pugdogmilo #pugdogmilo #pug #seniorpug @walkinpets
