Today’s presentation at Indonesia House Amsterdam. ✨

Inspiring to see how Indonesia at the Venice Biennale is doing more than presenting art — it is telling a story about identity, imagination, dialogue, and new perspectives. A journey through time and history, approached from an unexpected direction: East to West…

Creativity builds bridges between cultures and generations. It was also a pleasure to reconnect with the new Indonesian Ambassador to the Netherlands, @amrih.jinangkung, visibly proud of an Indonesia presenting itself to the world as a country rich in talent, creativity, and cultural depth.

Some encounters remind us that culture does more than connect people — it opens worlds. Our foundation Art in Motion can only support and embrace this vibrant cultural journey.

The ‘Future’ is literally taking shape in Bandung, under the watchful eye of art student “Jamal.” The process of creating our collaborative artwork, Masa Depan, for which Indonesian and Dutch students jointly designed, is both educational and fascinating. It is a symbol of the relationship between Indonesia and the Netherlands: past, present and forging into the future…together. It is bound for the new capital, Nusantara (IKN) in East Kalimantan, where it will be presented on 17/8 to commemorate Indonesia’s 80th independence anniversary. #indonesia #netherlands #independenceday #mutualrespect #art #culture #bandung #blacksmith #professional #capital #80 #isbibandung #masadepan #future

Everything comes to an end, including the unique “Verleden Heden” project @si.denhaag Indonesia.
Workshops, an exhibition, art talks, and guest speakers highlighted both: the history and the present of Art education in Indonesia. The warm and informative encounters will have positive effects on the Future. Art in Motion Foundation was honored to be highlighted by the silent force @aminudinthsiregar, the sympathetic curator. Let’s all embrace Art and Culture to make this world a better place. #art #culture #indonesia netherlands #future #education #learn #sekolahindonesia #indonesianart #pameranverledenheden #indiplomacy
