Legs up, core tight, and showing up even when it’s not perfect. Because this isn’t about a flat stomach… it’s about feeling STRONG in my body again.

A few minutes. A little burn. A whole lot of discipline. 🔥

Take a reset moment + remind yourself… you’re getting stronger every time you show up.

Man, I wish I could just grab someone and shake them into understanding how powerful prayer can be. It has changed my life.

1. Stop treating it like an exchange at the grocery store.

2. Start welcoming God into the prayer with you.

3. The Word will help you discern the voice of the Spirit more than anything else. Knowing how He sees you. How he knows you. And how He loves you.

4. PRAY FOR MORE THAN 30 SECONDS BEFORE YOU FALL ASLEEP.

5. I dare you to pray for 5 minutes. Get some scripture in your heart. And pray freely for 5 SOLID minutes. You’ll find you don’t want to stop. Empty yourself and let Him fill you back up.

Make Philly Cheesesteak with me! This was obviously a high calorie meal, but I planned appropriately for that today and it was worth every bite! You could only do one half of the hoagie roll for less carbs/calories. This was so yummy, and filling and I have no regrets! Also, who noticed I chose a Philly rapper for the background music? #phillycheesesteak #lifestyle #protein #dinner

Vulnerable post alert!!! 🚨 This is hard to share as I am so embarrassed at where I started at 6 months ago, my health was struggling due to long Covid and crippling anxiety, I was miserable, lost, hated myself, stuck…..fast forward to 6 months later. I am finally feeling back to myself. I have worked hard for this both physically and mentally. Do I still have hard days? Hell yes I do, but my health and happiness are one of my top priorities. If I can share this with others maybe they can take that step to better mental or physical health or even both! If you are lost, struggling or need that push to get off your ass I am here for you! Reach out, if I can do this so can you!

The part of your brain that’s driving the bus is unconscious.

And you trying to get to the next level using only your conscious brain is like an ant trying to change the direction of an elephant.

When you remove the emergency brakes from your subconscious brain, all the strategies and tactics will turn to gold.

Because the elephant is walking in the right direction. The unconscious is aligned with the conscious.

Stop letting your 7-year-old drive the bus.

If your parents and society taught you:

- That money doesn’t grow on trees…

- That rich people made their money in shady ways…

- That rich families are broken…

- That you’ll most likely hate your job…

Then can you see why you’re having a difficult time making more money?

Raise your vibration

Yeah, I know you’ve seen the “good vibes only” shirts and coffee mugs, but this is the real, scientifically backed version of that.

If you’re willing to drop your preconceived beliefs, it’s really quite simple.

You are making most of your decisions from a low vibrational frequency.

Fear. Doubt. Insecurity. Victim mindset.

And decisions made from that place do not serve you.

Decisions made from a place of higher vibration, even if they’re not the “perfect decision” will serve you better.

Empowerment. Appreciation. Love. Freedom. Purpose.

And the work I do with my clients allows them to become aware of where they are and raise their vibration so they can make better decisions that serve them.

So, you can keep banging your head against a brick wall trying different tactics with the same mindset, or you can change your mindset and watch what happens.

Make the habits the goal.

But how do you decide on the habits?

Well planned outcome goals can be used to set the intensity of the action steps.

The action steps, when completed consistently become habits.

And habits lead to a new version of yourself…

Which gives you the best chance to succeed.

Whether or not you actually hit the outcome goal.
