POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Had to go around the sun 20 times just to let em know who shines the most ‼️

Thank you to each and every one of you guys for being a part of my life thus far. I appreciate you all so much and you've all shaped my life to be truly amazing. This year I've been able to grow as a person more than I could have imagined and I don't plan on stopping. I am so glad I have met so many new people this year and I'm so thankful for you all, you guys help get me out of my comfort zone and find more ways to enjoy this thing we called life. I've had the privilege to meet countless internet homies thru final bout and it was such a blessing. It felt amazing to meet a bunch of strangers from across the states just because we all share common interests. Real spill tho, I have had a lot of significant downs that have been really frustrating and at times it felt like all hope was lost , but you guys in my everyday life have all pushed me to achieve more and more and overcome the hardships. All of the change is part of growing up and navigating through life, because its everyone's first time on this planet and there's not exactly a way to pause and replay.

Thanks again, and STAY FLY TIL YOU DIE 👊

Shots from our time at Buss Fest … a skateboarding and music fest dedicated to raising awareness for mental health and suicide prevention. While those issues are complex, the folks who welcomed us in showed that connection itself is part of the solution.

We saw young people being brave enough to start skate shops in their basements. We saw pizza and hot dogs handed out without a dollar sign attached. We saw strangers cheering each other on and shop bands winning over new fans.

Even in the pouring rain, the happiness was absolute. There was space for everyone, and it was beautiful.

Just like always… @warp_corps and @skatemchenry are just out there showing everyone how powerful community can be.

Extra nice to meet you @shroom_balls & @wearing_hats, a few standouts among so many new & old friends.

FRIDAY, AUGUST 2 … we’re throwing a blowout show to celebrate the bands that grew up in and around this place … bands we’ve had the honor of watching evolve, find their footing, show up for each other, and thrive under pressure.

The first time we met Michael from Punchback Rufus, he told us about his ambitious college plans …and he wasn’t wrong. He’s leaving us now, and we couldn’t be prouder. One show, one night, before it all changes for them.

So here it is:

A celebration of what’s been, and what’s still to come.
For the bands. For the scene. For everyone who believes in the next generation of music.

@punchbackrufus @take32band @donnerparty_
Friday, August 2
Noise at 8PM
$10 suggested door
All ages, always

(We were supposed to be at a conference this weekend… but honestly, what were we thinking? We belong right here, slinging records & bringing the shop kids together one last time before everything shifts.)

Last night was some certifiable bad-guy shit—brought to you by some of the most polite young folks we’ve ever had in the shop. @punchbackrufus made their triumphant return to TRD, and they brought @sinkdeeper.il and @denierband along for the ride.

This lineup was a heavy-hitting reminder of what makes a scene strong: showing up, throwing down, and lifting each other up.

You guys absolutely rule-but we knew y’all were here to cause problems the second we saw the gym shorts and the crowd-kills—however we didn’t expect it to be this much fun. Now if you’ll excuse us, we’ll be over here with some ice packs and Tylenol.

Our May 31 show has changed lineups more times than your deadbeat ex changed jobs—but this one rips AND sticks. Punch Back Rufus is still bringing the heat, now joined by SINK and Denier.

It’s loud, it’s local, it’s hardcore.
And you can hit Max Happy Fest around the corner before and after!
8PM. All ages. $10 suggested door.
