“I wanted kids to have what I wish I had as a kid: a space where their talent is taken seriously and they get the right support to grow.” 🎭

Actress, filmmaker, and Forbes 30 Under 30 honouree, @dinarapunchihewa says the challenges she overcame in her journey inspired her to make sure more young people get a chance to step into the spotlight.

After breaking through her debut film Gaadi - Children of the Sun, directed by Prasanna Vithanage, Dinara started @punchiactors to help children from all backgrounds discover their talent, build confidence, and dream bigger—no matter where they come from.

That’s what being #worklifeready looks like: using your success to open doors for the next generation. ✨

One of the biggest things we explored at yesterday’s workshop at Nagaswatte, was exploring different animals, focusing on physical and vocal characteristics to express chosen creature’s personality and traits. This is a game that helps with character development, spacial awareness and vocalization 🦒
